A pattern I’ve noticed over the past 15 years is that I often feel a strong sacral YES for a project idea, dive in with excitement, and then—somewhere along the way—self-doubt creeps in. I put it down “for a bit”… and before I know it, I’ve forgotten about it completely.
Then months (sometimes years) later, that same idea loops back into my awareness with the same spark of energy—and the cycle repeats.
Recently, it hit me that I need a way to remind myself every morning of what truly matters:
the value I bring to the world, what my sacral is excited about, my goals, my Human Design, and the right questions to keep self-doubt from derailing me.
When I discovered Coda, I found the perfect tool to do just that.
I set up a simple Coda automation that runs every day at 5 a.m. and emails me a personalized “alignment briefing.”
It starts with questions that keep me grounded and curious:
What am I grateful for happening today and in the future? What is reality currently showing me? What niggles am I feeling and why? How could this just be easy? What can I simplify so that I finish each project sooner? Next, it lists my highest-priority tasks for the day, followed by notes on how to execute them in alignment with my Human Design.
It ends with my current goals and the self-rewards I can look forward to.
✅ Yes, the email is long — but it gets me excited to leap out of bed and into action. And I don’t need to read it all; I just take what I need each morning.
I’m curious — would a daily reminder like this help you stay aligned?
What would you include in yours?
